Chef de Partie – Members Club – South West London.

Salary: £32,760 + Tronc around £1.50‑£1.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis within a 5/7 roster with 8‑hour straight shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
  • Lead and supervise junior chefs, maintaining high standards during a busy operation that includes functions and events.
  • Run different sections of the kitchen under the support of the Head Chef.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high‑end restaurants, 5‑star hotels or other high‑end members clubs.
  • Experience operating in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and time‑management skills.
