Job Overview: Chef de Partie – Evening Chef (Contract Catering) – Salary £35,000. Location: North West London. Hours: Monday to Friday 11:30 am‑8 pm (with occasional weekend). This role is City‑Based and offers a good work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lunch service and then collaborate with another chef for the evening service.
  • Prepare meals in the afternoon for the evening service, catering for 130–150 meals daily.
  • Prepare a hot meat option, a hot veg option, and several salads in the evening, ensuring all food is ready on time.
  • Take charge of the service, assist on menus and produce selection, prepare all dishes and ensure proper close‑down with the assistant.
  • Report to the Executive Chef while working independently.

Qualifications:

  • Contract catering experience preferred; other relevant experience considered.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles with consistent length of tenure.
  • Proactive, organised, can work independently while collaborating with a team.
