This role is perfect for

  • An experienced Chef looking to step out of the kitchen and into a people-focused operational role.

You’ll use your industry knowledge to connect great chefs with fantastic clients, ensuring every booking is delivered professionally, efficiently, and with exceptional service.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be speaking with Head Chefs about upcoming requirements, the next you’re supporting a team of chefs on‑site, recruiting new talent, or developing relationships with new clients.

  • What You’ll Be Doing Building Client Relationships
  • Developing and managing relationships with hospitality clients across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
  • Understanding client requirements and providing tailored chef staffing solutions.
  • Conducting regular client reviews and ensuring consistently high service levels.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Managing Our Chef Network
  • Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding chefs.
  • Building strong relationships with temporary and permanent chef talent.
  • Matching chefs to the right placements based on skills, experience and personality.
  • Supporting and mentoring chefs throughout their journey with us.
  • Operations & Delivery
  • Coordinating chef bookings and staffing requirements.
  • Managing rotas, availability and workforce planning.
  • Ensuring bookings are filled and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Carrying out site visits and quality checks when required.
  • Supporting the wider operations team to meet client expectations.
  • What We’re Looking For Essential
  • Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or within hospitality staffing/recruitment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Birmingham‑based.
