Off to Work are recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join a luxury venue set in the stunning Scottish Highlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional kitchen team of 8, where creativity is encouraged and development is supported within a globally recognised company. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards in line with company guidelines
- Support the Sous Chef with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Manage dry stores and ensure fridges are clean, organised and compliant
- Maintain strict food hygiene standards across your section
- Monitor food preparation areas and report any issues to senior chefs
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, fire, and food safety regulations
- Develop and follow cleaning schedules to maintain a safe kitchen environment
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar) in a high-quality hospitality setting
- Strong culinary skills with attention to detail
- A solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
