Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für stabile, sichere und nachhaltige IT-Infrastrukturen und arbeiten dabei direkt an technischen Lösungen statt an reiner Ticketbearbeitung.

Aufgaben

  • Client-Infrastruktur: Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung moderner Windows-Client-Umgebungen.
  • Microsoft Intune: Administration und Optimierung (Device Management, Policies & Compliance, Softwareverteilung und Rollouts).
  • Network Security: Betrieb und Optimierung von Firewall-, VPN- und Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von OPNsense.
  • Remote Solutions: Umsetzung moderner VPN- und Remote-Access-Lösungen.
  • System-Administration: Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen im Managed-Services-Umfeld.
  • Support & Architektur: Analyse technischer Störungen (2nd/3rd Level) sowie Mitarbeit an modernen Infrastruktur- und Security-Architekturen.
  • Compliance: Sicherstellung von IT-Security-, Datenschutz- und DSGVO-Anforderungen.

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der IT-Administration oder im System Engineering.
  • Tech-Stack: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management (Rollouts, Compliance Policies, Geräteverwaltung).
  • Netzwerk-Know-how: Solides Verständnis von Firewall, VPN, Routing und Network-Security (idealerweise mit OPNsense).
  • Vielseitigkeit: Gute Kenntnisse in Linux-Systemen und Erfahrung in Kundeninfrastrukturen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1).
