We are currently looking for a College Services Officer to join our busy team in Uxbridge (Greater London, England), helping students feel supported, informed, and confident from registration through to graduation at Brunel University London Pathway College (BPC).
Hours of Work: full time
As a College Services Officer, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day student services—providing efficient administration, coordinating engaging student activities, and supporting a wide range of requests with care and professionalism. You’ll work closely with multiple teams to strengthen the student journey, manage key student records, support at-risk learners through structured support programmes, oversee attendance monitoring and essential documentation, and ensure the College runs compliantly—meeting safeguarding, health & safety, and GDPR requirements at all times.
College Services Officer Duties:
- Support student accommodation queries and coordinate key processes across the student lifecycle
- Organise registration and induction activities, and assist with student ambassador programmes
- Maintain accurate student records and produce essential student documentation
- Handle financial records and support attendance monitoring, ensuring information is up to date
- Coordinate student events, respond to enquiries, administer surveys, and facilitate transfer programmes
- Develop the student voice through representative programmes and strengthen communication with sponsors and university services
- Support safeguarding-led, compliant working practices in line with policies and procedures
College Services Officer Requirements:
- Relevant administrative or customer service experience in a busy environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with students and colleagues
- A Level qualification or equivalent, or an undergraduate degree
- Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of UK Visas and Immigration regulations (desirable)
College Services Officer Benefits:
- Salary £26,400 to £29,000, depending on experience
- 28 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays, increasing with service
