Student Experience Officer

We are currently looking for a Student Experience Officer to join our exciting and vibrant team in Plymouth, England. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward‑thinking team dedicated to supporting students and enhancing their journey through education in the heart of Plymouth.

This full‑time role offers the chance to contribute directly to the success and wellbeing of our diverse student community at the University of Plymouth International College (UPIC). As a Student Experience Officer, you will support operational delivery, oversee student services and finances, and help maintain compliance with visa requirements, ensuring our students receive the best possible experience.

Student Experience Officer Duties

• Managing enrolments and inductions
• Assisting in delivering outstanding student support
• Organising student events and activities
• Supporting new projects related to student engagement
• Administering student paperwork
• Analysing data to improve processes

Student Experience Officer Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Cultural sensitivity and outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and international stakeholders
• Confident digital literacy skills and ability to adapt to new systems
• Experience in a customer service or student‑facing environment, with a genuine passion for student support
