Hours of Work: 37.5 per week - hybrid/remote
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for delivering high‑quality IT support across multiple business units and functions. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to maintaining systems and ensuring seamless user experiences, you will be vital in supporting our educational programmes and administrative operations. Support will be provided both locally and remotely, including on‑site visits within the UK and Europe when needed to keep our technology running smoothly.
IT Support Technician Requirements:
- Higher Education qualification(s) in IT or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience providing desktop support within a Microsoft environment, including Windows, Office, SaaS applications, printing, and telephony
- Knowledge of automated imaging software and SOE deployment
- Experience with Active Directory, Intune and/or related management tools
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently, often remotely, using remote desktop and Service Desk software
