We are currently looking for a Germany Student Visa & Regulatory Specialist to join our dynamic team in one of our many locations in Germany (Berlin, Heidelberg, Leipzig or Munich). Hours of Work: Full Time
Salary: EUR 45,000 to 50,000
As a Germany Student Visa & Regulatory Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our visa compliance and regulatory activities. Your role will involve providing expert advice on German student visa requirements, monitoring policy changes, liaising with external stakeholders such as embassies and government bodies, and ensuring our internal procedures are compliant and up-to-date. You will support our teams in navigating the complexities of German immigration law, develop insightful reports and guidance, and deliver engaging training to our staff and agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your knowledge in a role that truly makes a difference in international education.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of German student immigration pathways and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting international students or working on visa-related matters in Higher Education or international education, or a relevant law degree focused on immigration or public law.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed policies and procedural documents related to visa processes.
