Role Description
The College Director and Principal for University of Plymouth International College at Navitas is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Cambridge.
This position is responsible for the overall academic, operational, and strategic management of the college, ensuring high-quality teaching, student support, and successful learner outcomes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing program delivery, managing budgets and resources, leading staff, and maintaining strong relationships with the University of Plymouth and other stakeholders.
