The role: As a Heating and Plumbing Engineer, you will:
- Be part of a professional team completing new heating and plumbing systems.
- Have access to on-site and off-site training with qualifications.
- Communicate with customers, providing updates and feedback to ensure top-notch service.
- Use our company systems to update on installation progress.
- Work on both new build and retrofit projects, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort for our clients.
- Installation of Under Floor Heating Pipework and Manifolds.
- Full domestic installations of bathrooms (no tiling) – both first and second fixing.
- Helping with the progression of our apprentice(s).
This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies whilst also providing top-notch customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in heating systems and plumbing services - Air Source Heat Pumps (required).
- NVQ Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred.
- G3 certificate.
- WRAS water regulations.
- A valid UK driving license (required).
- Enthusiasm for the renewable energy sector and a passion for sustainability.
Nice to have:
- BPEC Level 3 ASHP Electrical Qualifications.
- Gas safe certificate.
- F-Gas certificate.
- Experience installing air-source heat pumps.
- A valid UK driving license (required).
- City & Guilds qualifications (preferred).
