Director & Co-Founder at Navitas Resourcing Group – Specialising in Clean Power & Digital Infrastructure. We are looking for driven individuals with contract recruitment experience and an ambition of building and leading a team.

Location: London Victoria office.

Job Overview

You will receive a warm desk and start servicing existing clients immediately. Your role involves developing the market further with clients and candidates, and building a team to help grow this further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract recruitment processes for Clean Energy and Mission Critical sectors.
  • Build and manage a recruitment team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Drive growth and market development within the sector.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of 360 recruitment and winning clients.
  • Experience recruiting within the Mission Critical sector or Clean Energy.
