Reporting to the MD and working closely with our Compliance Director and VP Business Development, we are seeking a Contracts Manager who has significant experience managing and developing contract recruitment teams.
Role:
- Build on and generate new clients in the EU Clean Power & Digital Infrastructure Market
- Market selection and origination
- Manage Contract P&L, Utilization and assist compliance
- 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
- Responsible for performance development and on-desk management
- Clear benefits
- P&L management
- External training budget
- Mentorship from Non-exec team who have exited businesses
- Existing runner book - this is not a cold build out
- Clear promotion metric and equity offerings
Who you are:
- The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build & lead a team.
- 2+ years Management experience within a recruitment environment
- EU Contract Market Experience in Renewables, Clean Power, Engineering or STEM
- Track record of developing consultants through strong process/standards
- Ability to originate new clients
- Enjoy working in an office environment (Victoria)
