Reporting to the MD and working closely with our Compliance Director and VP Business Development, we are seeking a Contracts Manager who has significant experience managing and developing contract recruitment teams.

Role:
  • Build on and generate new clients in the EU Clean Power & Digital Infrastructure Market selection and origination.
  • Manage Contract P&L, Utilization and assist compliance.
  • 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side.
  • Responsible for performance development and on-desk management.
  • P&L management.
  • External training budget.
  • Mentorship from Non-exec team who have exited businesses.
  • Existing runner book - this is not a cold build out.
  • Clear promotion metric and equity offerings.
Who you are:

The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build & lead a team. We are specifically looking for:

  • 2+ years Management experience within a recruitment environment.
  • EU Contract Market Experience in Renewables, Clean Power, Engineering or STEM.
  • Track record of developing consultants through strong process/standards.
  • Ability to originate new clients.
  • Enjoy working in an office environment (Victoria).
