Who are you?
In this position you will be supported and coached by leadership with over 20+ years of energy recruitment experience. In return we are looking for someone who has:
- 6+ months experience in Permanent Data Centre, Construction, Engineering or Renewables Recruitment or similar markets
- Experience operating a 360 desk with a successful track record of winning new business
- An ambitious work ethic, shown through consistency and hard work
- A 'get up and go' mind set, with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them
- Motivation to provide a high-quality service and go the extra 1% for your candidates, clients and colleagues
