Recruitment and Admissions Officer Duties:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support throughout the admissions journey, using established systems and procedures to enhance the applicant experience.
- Proactively engage with prospective students, build positive relationships, and provide a friendly, supportive service that keeps applicants informed and confident.
- Support the ICRGU agent network by servicing accounts and updating lead notes via CRM, helping to improve conversion rates and ensuring a smooth path from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Work effectively within a cross-functional team to support recruitment objectives and contribute to achieving student enrolment targets.
Recruitment and Admissions Officer Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a welcoming, solutions-focused approach.
- High level of interpersonal and cross-cultural awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, while following established guidelines, policies and procedures.
