  • Sales Engineer - Permanent - Norwich - £40-£50k DOE + Commission
  • We're looking for a

Sales Engineer to join a growing, technology-focused business and play a key role in developing customer relationships and driving business growth.

  • Achieve the sales targets set in line with business objectives
  • Support other sales team members with technical customer questions to deliver quicker turnaround of opportunities
  • Translate technical requests from our customers into suitable solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Initial engagement with customers to establish monitoring requirements and interfaces to existing systems
  • Manage a portfolio of prospective and actual customers to ensure business growth for key revenue streams
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade shows globally
  • Build strategic relationships with end users, OEMs and channel partners
  • Support Product Directors with recommending new innovative features to help drive innovation and solutions which positively impact the markets and industries we serve

This is a dynamic role that requires strong self-motivation and a proactive attitude.

You'll need to adapt to varying demands throughout busy periods and show enthusiasm for continuous improvement in technical solutions.

  • Previous experience selling electrical and mechanical equipment to various global industries

  • Engineering Degree or relevant certifications
