Responsible for driving commercial growth across a portfolio of technical marine services, including systems such as Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS), Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (EGCS), piping solutions, HVAC, and related engineering services. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to strategic expansion within the maritime and offshore sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s technical service offerings and build long-term relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and industry partners.
  • Identify and secure new customers and project opportunities globally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop commercially viable solutions and business models.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive and forward-looking offering.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies, including financial target setting and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting through CRM systems.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives across different technical service areas.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of overall company strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including incident reporting.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and key business metrics.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles within marine technical services or outfitting.
  • Strong industry network within shipowners, shipyards, or marine engineering sectors.
  • Solid understanding of systems such as BWTS, EGCS, piping, HVAC, or similar technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
