We’re looking for enthusiastic and personable Cruise Staff to host activities, entertain guests, and create a fun, social atmosphere onboard. You’ll act as a host and MC, engaging guests through a variety of events, shows, and recreational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and participate in adult and family activities and events
  • Act as MC for games, shows, and social gatherings
  • Interact and socialize with guests to enhance their experience
  • Support embarkation, debarkation, and guest services
  • Assist with sports, tournaments, and activity programs
  • Perform in shows, skits, and themed events
  • Set up and manage activity equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, or similar)
  • Strong MC and public speaking skills (microphone experience required)
  • Ability to engage and manage large groups
  • Talent or ability to lead activities (dance, fitness, crafts, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma required; related degree preferred
