Oversee and execute the management of intricate tasks associated with marine and interior outfit projects, from initial commercial handover to on-site implementation and project closure. Collaborate closely with project delivery teams during planning and execution to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints. For smaller projects, take full responsibility for delivery. Work across various departments to ensure tasks align with overall project objectives.
