Promote the company’s technical service offerings and build long-term relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and industry partners.
- Identify and secure new customers and project opportunities globally.
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies, including financial target setting and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting through CRM systems.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across different technical service areas.
- Ensure compliance with HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including incident reporting.
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and key business metrics.
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles within marine technical services or outfitting.
Strong industry network within shipowners, shipyards, or marine engineering sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
