Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s technical service offerings and build long-term relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and industry partners.
- Identify and secure new customers and project opportunities globally.
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies, including financial target setting and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting through CRM systems.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across different technical service areas.
- Ensure compliance with HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including incident reporting.
