Hosts and participates in recreational, entertainment, and social programs for adults and families. Serves as the master of ceremonies, entertaining and motivating guests throughout the cruise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacts with guests and hosts recreational activities for all ages.
- Participates in embarkation, debarkation, and port activities.
- Socialises with guests, attends events, and coordinates receptions.
- Assists in tour desk functions and organises ShipShape or Sports Court activities.
- Participates in shows, skits, and other entertainment, including as master of ceremonies.
- Operates spotlight and AV equipment as needed and assists in rehearsals.
- Maintains inventory of props and supplies, and coordinates with relevant departments.
- Attends training and performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in entertainment or hosting (theater, dance, music, etc.).
- Ability to lead large groups, provide basic instructions, and engage audiences.
- Knowledge of computers and basic software.
- High school diploma required; degree in theater or performance preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
