We are seeking an experienced Casino Manager to lead and oversee the casino operations aboard a modern cruise vessel. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and profitable gaming activities, while delivering exceptional guest service in a vibrant onboard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day casino operations, including table games, slot machines, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Lead, train, and motivate casino staff to deliver excellent service and maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor gaming revenue and expenses, preparing reports for senior management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly
