I am looking for a 2nd Engineer to join a leading Cruise Line. You will be inspecting, maintaining, and operating machinery to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned watch-keeping officers
- Monitor and control all engine machinery whilst on watch
- Coordinate and conduct assigned maintenance work including correct record keeping
- Oversee safe operation at all times
- Perform other duties as required in this position
Requirements:
- Hold an IMO Certificate, Regulation III/2, 2nd Engineer
- 3+ years of experience working as a watchkeeper
- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within a cruise ship environment
- 2nd Engineer experience or higher is a plus
