I am looking for a 2nd Engineer to join a leading Cruise Line. You will be inspecting, maintaining and operating machinery with the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned watch-keeping officers
- Monitor and control all engine machinery whilst on watch
- Coordinate and conduct assigned maintenance work including correct record keeping
- Oversee safe operation at all times
- Other duties required in this position
Requirements
- To apply for this role, you must hold an IMO Certificate, Regulation III/2, 2nd Engineer
- 3+ years of experience working as a watchkeeper
- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within a cruise ship environment
- 2nd Engineer experience or higher is a plus
