Navis Capital Partners is a Kuala Lumpur based international private/public equity fund management company. In line with our continuous growth, we invite suitably qualified and self-motivated individuals to join our Private Equity team at our Singapore office.
The Job
- Build accurate Financial Model including operating KPIs
- Assist in due diligence and analysis
- Develop investment thesis
- Prepare New Deal alerts and assist in Investment Committee deck preparation
- Provide industry analysis and deal judgement
- Provide Analytical support for decision making & assist in company specific initiatives
- Update team on key industry trends & proactive updating of Senior Deal team
- Assist in Document Preparation
Requirements
- Relevant experience in direct equity, investment banking, securities analysis or management consulting with an international or top tier firm
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- Proven to contribute and achieve in a team oriented environment
- Outstanding results from a top, globally recognized university
- Good command of English
- Good command of other SE Asian languages is an added bonus
