Are you ready to lead cyber security operations for a purpose-driven healthcare organisation? We\βre seeking a strategic and hands-on Cyber Security Manager to join a global team.
About the Role:
As the UK Cyber Security Manager, you\βll drive and implement security strategy whilst ensuring the protection of critical healthcare systems and sensitive data. You\βll have autonomy to shape and execute security initiatives while collaborating with the global team.
β’ Lead day-to-day security operations, including threat monitoring and incident response
β’ Champion cyber security awareness across the organisation
β’ Drive compliance with UK regulations (GDPR, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001)
β’ Manage and mentor security team members
β’ Work with external consultants in driving and delivering security uplift
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders across all business units
β’ Contribute to strategic security investments and initiatives
What You\βll Need:
β’ Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, vendor certifications)
β’ Strong experience in cyber security operations (Incident Response, SIEM Monitoring, Threat Hunting)
β’ Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
β’ Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks
β’ Team leadership experience
