An experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Reinsurance and Broking to support a strategic transformation program. The role will require working closely with business and technical stakeholders onsite in London while coordinating with an offshore BA team in India. The program includes multiple workstreams with significant interdependencies, requiring a structured approach to business analysis, requirement definition, and delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an integrated program roadmap and workstream sequencing plan.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders onsite in London to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Lead onshore stakeholder engagement and alignment, working with the Program Lead based in the UK.
- Provide business analysis leadership during the initial program mobilization and throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive the Business Analyst pod operations from offshore (India) to ensure effective requirement gathering and documentation.
- Identify dependencies across multiple program workstreams and ensure alignment with the overall transformation strategy.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Ensure clear communication between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong domain expertise in Reinsurance and Insurance Broking.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in large transformation or strategic programs.
- Experience working with multiple workstreams and complex program dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience leading or coordinating offshore BA teams.
- Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis skills.
