Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker position within our Older People's acute services to support our service users with all aspects of their care including activities and personal care. The post holder, under the direction and supervision of the senior staff, delivers care within the environment, assisting in the development of all aspects of care for older people with mental health problems. The post-holder will be responsible for participating in the delivery of individualised planned programmes of care.
