About the role
The Older Peoples Memory Team are excited to announce the position of a Team Clinical Lead within our teams. The successful candidate will provide advice, guidance and clinical supervision to members of the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and develop individual formulations for our service users. They will also support Senior Operational Managers with business and service delivery, while continuing to develop the functions and structure of the organisation to best meet the mental health needs of our most vulnerable clients and hold a small caseload.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical leadership and maintain, monitor and facilitate the delivery of a high-quality Mental Health Service.
- Provide strong professional/managerial and clinical leadership to the multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide strong leadership in respect of developing excellence in practice.
- Ensure National Standards and local guidelines, policies and care pathways relating to care and treatment are effectively delivered.
- Promote and ensure service users and carers are fully involved in the services they receive.
- Work across North East Lincolnshire providing mental health advice and leadership based on an agreed operational policy.
- Assist in developing and evaluating models of care to enable effective communication.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse/Occupational Therapist/Social Worker/AHP qualification.
- Degree or equivalent.
- 1 year experience of leadership at Band 6.
- 3 years minimum relevant experience post qualification.
