Join Navigo's Digital Systems and Insight Team as our Business Intelligence Lead and help shape how data, analytics, reporting, and data warehouse solutions support mental health services across North East Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions to support operational, contractual, and strategic decision‑making across Navigo.
- Coordinate and support a skilled team responsible for performance reporting, statutory returns, and development of reporting and analytical solutions for clinical, operational, and corporate services.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, improve data quality, and translate information into meaningful insight that supports service improvement, performance management, and organisational priorities.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
