Learning Support Mentor Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only Pay Scale: £23,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata) Essential Requirements To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following criteria: Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes Level 2 qualifications or above in both English and Mathematics (e.g. GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent) Role Purpose We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Mentors to join our rapidly growing team. The Learning Support Mentor will play a key role in supporting students to build their confidence, develop essential life and employability skills, and achieve personal growth. This includes delivering tailored sessions in core subject areas of Navigators customised qualifications of Level 1 Personal Development and Level 1 Employability, English, Mathematics, vocational and non-vocational courses while fostering social inclusion and resilience.
