Our high-performing digital sales team in London is expanding, and we’re looking for driven individuals ready to accelerate their careers. Reporting directly to our EMEA Head of Sales, this role offers the rare chance to join a team with a proven track record—and help take it to the next level.
Your Mission
As a Spanish Business Development Representative (BDR), your role is to fuel the sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads. You'll play a key part in helping the team exceed ambitious targets for outbound activity and new customer acquisition in the Spanish and South American market. This is not a role to get comfortable in. If you’re still a BDR after 12 months, we haven’t done our job—our goal is to fast-track you into a senior sales role within your first year.
About Navigator
Navigator is a cutting-edge marketing platform leveraging exclusive first-party data to deliver precision-targeted digital advertising. We’re grounded in the fundamental principle of marketing: getting your brand in front of the right customer at the right time. Now in a hyper-growth phase, we’re looking for exceptional people to help us reach our next level.
What You Can Expect from Us
At Navigator, we don't just talk about high performance—we live it. Founded by an Olympic medallist, we’re on a mission to build something extraordinary and bring others on that journey. We focus less on how good we are today, and more on how great we can become—together. We believe in ownership and accountability. This is a responsibility-driven culture. You’ll have the freedom to shape your day—and the outcomes you deliver.
What We Expect from You
- Hunger: You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
- Desire: You’re committed to continuous improvement, every single day.
- Curiosity: You learn fast, figure out what works, and scale it.
- Resilience: Sales is tough. We fail forward, and we grow stronger with every setback.
Our philosophy is simple: find a way to win—and then replicate it at scale. We’ll work with you to identify how you win, then remove all limits on what’s possible. You’ll drive that performance. You’ll define how big this gets. If this resonates with you, we want to hear from you.
