Your Mission
As a Spanish Business Development Representative (BDR), your role is to fuel the sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads. You will play a key part in helping the team exceed ambitious targets for outbound activity and new customer acquisition in the Spanish and South American market. This is not a role to get comfortable in. If you’re still a BDR after 12 months, we haven’t done our job—our goal is to fast-track you into a senior sales role within your first year.

You’ll have the freedom to shape your day—and the outcomes you deliver.
What We Expect from You
- Hunger: You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
- Desire: You’re committed to continuous improvement, every single day.
- Curiosity: You learn fast, figure out what works, and scale it.
- Resilience: Sales is tough. We fail forward, and we grow stronger with every setback.
Our philosophy is simple: find a way to win—and then replicate it at scale. We’ll work with you to identify how you win, then remove all limits on what’s possible. You’ll drive that performance. You’ll define how big this gets. If this resonates with you, we want to hear from you.
