You are a SEO strategist with a curious mind and a deep understanding of how search behaviour connects to content, user experience and business goals. With both technical and content knowledge, you’re comfortable identifying opportunities, fixing issues, and building future-facing strategies that elevate visibility and authority. The role
Reporting into our SEO Account Director, as SEO Account Manager, you will lead organic search activity across a portfolio of high-end travel and hospitality clients. Your work will span audits, opportunity analysis, technical SEO (with a solid understanding or curiosity for AI within search), content recommendations and ongoing performance reporting - always with a focus on delivering measurable business impact. We are a close-knit team and work collaboratively across clients with other departments including paid media, strategy, editorial and design. Therefore, the ability to work cross-functionally is vital to the role.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement SEO strategies that align with client goals and market trends
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits and content gap analysis
- Collaborate with content, tech and design teams to ensure best practice is embedded at every touchpoint
- Stay up to date on search algorithm changes, AI-driven search innovation and competitor landscape
- Track and report performance, offering meaningful insights and clear actions
- Develop strong client relationships and present strategies and results with confidence
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
- Strong technical SEO understanding: site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data, etc.
- Content and on-page optimisation experience, including working with copywriters
- Proficiency with tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Comfortable translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience working with luxury brands or travel/hospitality clients highly preferred
