About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right-hand person — ensuring that the company’s top executive is efficient, focused, and organized. This is a high-trust position that demands exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate gracefully in a fast-moving, global environment.

You will be working directly with our founder and CEO — an Olympic medallist and intensely driven leader who is proving that high-growth businesses can be built and led in a better, more values-aligned way. As we enter our next phase of growth we are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in managing operations, communication, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, and day-to-day communications across time zones
  • Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership team syncs, board interactions, and key partner engagements
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO with staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Track tasks, projects, and deliverables to ensure follow-through and timely completion
  • Draft, edit, and organize presentations, reports, and communications with clarity and professionalism
  • Help coordinate high-level meetings, events, offsites, and investor touchpoints
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion at all times
  • Provide strategic leverage to the CEO by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a tech, startup, or high-growth global environment
  • Highly organized with obsessive attention to detail and follow-through
  • Personable, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at building trust and rapport
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident drafting professional correspondence
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and project management systems (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
