Being led directly by our EMEA Head of Sales, this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special. You will be responsible for client acquisition across our EMEA territories - prospecting, qualifying and generating sales pipeline all the way through to closing the deal itself. We will guide, support and coach you to be the best you can be, but it’s you that is going to have to want this, to learn, to have fun, and to earn a lot of money along the way.

About us: Navigator is a fast-growing, global, tech-enabled agency which is entering its next phase of growth. Currently operating in the travel sector, Navigator partners with the world’s biggest airlines and online booking platforms and has access to their 1st party customer data. We go to market and sell to brands and agencies who are looking for these people and want to market to them at the exact moment they are in the market for their product or service. As we enter our next phase of growth we are looking for the next high-performance salesperson to help take us to the next level.

What you can expect from us: Many businesses claim to run high performance environments; we are one of the few who actually do. Founded by an Olympic medallist, we are on a mission to create something unique and allow our people to be significant along the way. We don’t care how good we are, we care how good we can be. The same applies to you. Navigator is a responsibility led environment, which means you truly own your day and take responsibility for the outcome you want to achieve.

What we expect of you:

  • Hunger – there are people who wait for things to happen to them and then there are those who have the hunger to go out there and make things happen for them.
  • Desire - a desire to want to be better, every day.
  • Curiosity – an ability to learn quickly and figure out how you win, and then replicate it.
  • Resilience – failure is a big part of sales and is also part of our journey. We need to learn and grow from each failure we face.

Our philosophy is that we find a way to win and then replicate it at scale. We will work with you and quickly identify how you are going to win and then set no limits in what we can achieve. You will be the one responsible to drive and deliver this performance and decide how big we can go. Please only apply if this resonates with you.
