We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to contribute to creative output across a portfolio of luxury travel and lifestyle clients. This is a role that balances design craft with thought leadership, ideal for someone equally fluent in classic design principles and emerging technologies. You’ll be instrumental in shaping visual brand experience, delivering content creation and elevating the work within the creative team.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in creative agency and/or in‑house brand roles with exposure to working with luxury clients
- A portfolio that spans both digital and print
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling and composition, particularly in the context of luxury marketing
- Experience directing photo and video shoots, from pre‑production through to final delivery
- Confident using AI tools including Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT in a creative capacity
- Excellent typographic and layout skills, with a meticulous eye for detail

Key Responsibilities
- Content creation, editing and design: Delivering exceptional output across a range of formats and platforms including social and paid media/ads. Well versed with video editing and animation – used to creating content from scratch as well as repurposing existing assets.
- Visual identity design: Working on the development and/or evolution of brand identities including logotypes, typography, colour, iconography, motion principles and any associated guidelines.
- Digital product design: Creating website design systems of reusable components, page templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency, accessibility.
- AI and prompt writing and asset creation: Write creative prompts for image and video generation using tools such as Midjourney and Runway. Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support ideation, scripting, and design workflows.
- Art direction (photo/film): Ideation of photography and film for campaigns and other brand requirements, working closely with production teams, photographers/DOPs to ensure outputs reflect a world‑class, luxury aesthetic.
- Editorial Design – Digital and Print: Execute layout design across a range of formats including websites, newsletters, magazines, newspapers and books.
- Client Presentations: Act as a senior support to both the Creative Director and Client Services team, presenting work with clarity and confidence, and building long‑term creative trust.
- Mentorship: Mentor, and inspire any junior creatives and freelancers, ensuring consistently exceptional creative across all projects you are responsible for.
- Technology & Trends: Stay ahead of design and tech trends, seamlessly integrating new tools and techniques into our creative processes without compromising on luxury standards.
