About the role

Navigator International is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Performance Director to lead and evolve our performance marketing offering. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth across key performance channels while balancing brand and performance in the luxury sector. You will oversee a multidisciplinary Performance team spanning Paid Media, SEO, and CRM, ensuring best‑in‑class execution, strategic alignment, and measurable results for our clients.

About you

  • Proven experience in a senior performance role with accountability for delivering successful outcomes
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and developing high‑performing teams
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and the nuances of balancing brand and performance investment
  • Highly confident in client‑facing environments, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Experience planning and managing both media budgets and team resources at scale
  • Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of performance metrics and growth levers
  • Working experience in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance performance strategy, optimisation, and operational efficiency; uses of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
  • Experience working within a scale‑up agency environment is a strong advantage
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on knowledge across Paid Media, SEO, and CRM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high‑performing team across Paid Media, SEO, and CRM, fostering collaboration, development, and accountability
  • Take full ownership of performance outcomes, ensuring campaigns deliver against client objectives and commercial targets
  • Develop and implement integrated performance strategies that balance brand building with measurable ROI, particularly within the luxury market
  • Act as a senior client advisor, providing strategic guidance to drive growth and long‑term success
  • Present performance insights, strategies, and results confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Lead planning across both team structures and media budgets to ensure efficiency, scalability, and impact
  • Be at the forefront of AI technology; most notably how different tools will enhance processes and outcomes for our clients
  • Play an active role in new business pitches, contributing strategic thinking and performance expertise
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation, optimisation, and growth across all channels
