About us

Navigator is a specialist growth consultancy working with luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands. We help clients define the stories that matter, build strategies around them and create the systems needed to drive long-term growth. As AI transforms the marketing industry, Navigator is evolving from a traditional agency into a human-led, AI-enabled growth partner. We believe the future lies not in producing more content, but in helping brands make better decisions, tell better stories and grow more effectively.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join Navigator’s creative team.

This role is ideal for a designer with around 2–3 years’ experience who has developed strong digital design skills and is ready to take greater ownership of their work.

You will work across digital content, social, video, campaigns, websites and brand experiences, supporting the wider creative team and taking responsibility for projects from brief through to delivery.

A key part of the role will be video editing and content creation, so you should be confident working in Adobe Premiere Pro and enjoy turning footage, imagery, typography and sound into polished digital content.

Alongside video and content, you’ll have opportunities to work on broader digital, campaign and brand projects and develop your creative thinking and capabilities.

We’re looking for someone who cares about the thinking behind the work as much as the execution: someone curious about the brand, audience and objective, and who wants to understand why they’re designing something rather than simply what needs to be produced.

Working at Navigator has taken me places I never expected — from Barbados to beyond. But it’s the team that keeps me here: supportive, encouraging, and always pushing me to grow.

What you’ll do

Digital, Social & Video

  • Create high-quality digital content across social media, campaigns, email, websites and other digital touchpoints.
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for organic and paid social, campaigns and wider brand communications.
  • Work confidently with existing footage, imagery and brand assets to create polished, engaging content.
  • Bring a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, music and sound to video projects.
  • Design static and video-led social content that feels distinctive while remaining consistent with client brand guidelines.
  • Adapt creative ideas across different formats, platforms and channels.
  • Support the design of websites, landing pages and other digital experiences.
  • Continue developing your skills across video, animation and emerging digital formats as projects require.

What we’re looking for

Digital, Social & Video

  • Around 2–3 years’ professional experience in a design role, ideally within an agency, studio, consultancy or similarly fast-moving creative environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating well-crafted digital design, social content and campaign work.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and confidence editing video content.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Good Figma skills and experience designing for digital environments.
  • A strong eye for typography, composition, imagery and visual storytelling.
  • Good editing instincts and an understanding of how video content needs to work across digital and social channels.
  • An appreciation of luxury brands and the level of craft and attention to detail they require.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several briefs simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity about brands, customers, culture, Ai and creative ideas beyond the immediate design brief.
  • A willingness to learn, experiment and develop new creative and technical skills.

Experience within luxury hospitality, travel or lifestyle is valuable but not essential. More important is strong design judgement, attention to detail and an enthusiasm for creating excellent digital work.

We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, offering employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
