About us
Navigator is a creative and marketing partner for ambitious luxury travel and lifestyle brands. We are expert storytellers who define and amplify brands, using data-driven insights to inform everything we do, from websites, SEO and paid, to copywriting, socials and print magazines.
About the opportunity
We are building our delivery team and are hiring across two levels:
- Delivery Manager
- Delivery Lead (senior / leadership level)
Both roles focus on ensuring our client work is effectively planned, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. Depending on experience, you will either take ownership of day-to-day project delivery or play a broader role in overseeing delivery across accounts, supporting team members and shaping how delivery operates across the agency. This is an opportunity to join a growing team at an early stage, with the chance to define how delivery works and progress into a leadership role over time.
About you
You are highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. You bring clarity and structure to projects, ensuring teams are aligned and work is delivered on time and to a high standard. You are confident working across teams, communicating clearly and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients. You take ownership of your work, identify potential risks early and are comfortable solving problems as they arise. For more senior candidates, you bring experience overseeing complex projects, supporting team members and contributing to delivery strategy, with an interest in shaping how a delivery function operates and scales. If you are looking to grow your career within a dynamic agency environment and work with ambitious luxury brands, this role offers the opportunity to have real impact.
