Navigation Inn is seeking an energetic Front of Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen.

You’ll lead by example, train and develop junior chefs, and help manage rosters and daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.

We offer a competitive salary up to £34,000 plus Tronc, free meals on shift, flexible shifts, enhanced holidays, and 33% off hotel stays.
