What you’ll Learn

  • Lead from the front – motivate, inspire, and support the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Run effective pre-shift briefings to keep the team informed on new menu items, promotions, and operational updates.
  • Drive sales by promoting and implementing marketing activities, and coaching the team to upsell with confidence.
  • Resolve challenges quickly and professionally, escalating to the General Manager when needed.
  • Set the standard by delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the team consistently follows suit.
  • Collaborate across departments – work closely with the kitchen, bar, and door teams to ensure a smooth, seamless service.
  • Support senior management in ensuring the business operates efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
