Home based with requirement to travel across emh schemes and offices. emh operates in more than 45 rural and urban local authority areas across the East Midlands. You’ll be instrumental in defining and developing our employee value proposition, strengthening our organisational culture and ensuring that we have the right workforce, capability and leadership to deliver on our ambitions. Providing strategic leadership across People, Culture, Communications, Health and Safety, and Corporate Strategy, you will ensure that these functions are aligned to corporate priorities and combine to support great outcomes for colleagues, customers and communities.

We are looking for an individual with significant experience at Director level – operating across some or all of the role’s portfolio. You’ll bring expertise that cuts across HR, communications, health safety and organisational design. You’ll be a passionate advocate for creating an inclusive workplace that enables people to develop their skills and their careers, with clarity on direction and expectations, and that thrives on diversity of thought and experience.
