Hello, Navigate B2B is an award-winning boutique content agency specialising in high-quality thought leadership. We create in all media formats and do the marketing needed to translate that creativity into ROI for the client.

We need a junior-to-mid content professional to start in early March, taking on approximately 60 hours of work per month, predominantly on one client account, with scope to take on other work as needed. The work is mostly remote, but travel to Beckton, London, will be required at least 2 days per month to work from the client's office. Workload may increase to 80 hours during busy periods. Our budget range for the role is £150-250/day, subject to experience.

The role includes (in order of work volume):

  • Writing: long-form thought leadership, email, social, sales automation
  • Creation of social video including narration
  • Social media management of Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok: mixture of regular campaign rhythms and ad hoc tasks/client requests
  • Direct management of clients' personal LinkedIn accounts
  • Regular client interaction
  • Quarterly & annual reporting on your results
  • Some operational management of our admin assistant
  • Collaboration with our designers, mostly to create social assets to promote your writing work
  • Occasional copywriting

Challenges you’ll face:

  • Learning the client - from day 1 you’ll need to start absorbing a large amount of highly technical information
  • Learning Navigate B2B's approach to writing - it usually takes 1+ years before we can allow a new writer to submit work directly to a client. Expect to do a lot of workshopping on your drafts.
  • People management - your colleagues will be the client’s MD, 7 salespeople, and your team at Navigate B2B. You’ll be expected to make friends to succeed in your role.

  • A portfolio demonstrating technical B2B long-form writing
  • A portfolio demonstrating adaptability to different house styles
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm - we’re here to drive growth for the client
  • A head for data and tech - you’ll be asked to demonstrate your results and create plans for ongoing improvement, using our existing reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with most of the following:
  • CRM/email platforms
  • SocialBu (scheduling tool)
  • Automation software
  • GA4
  • Looker Studio
  • Supermetrics
  • WordPress
  • Social analytics
  • CapCut / basic tools for short video production & captioning

Desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of the print industry
  • Knowledge of SaaS & technical architecture
  • The ability to connect and manage out-of-the-box APIs
  • Photography skills

  • Small businesses or anyone looking to subcontract this work out to an assistant/colleague. We want a colleague, not a supplier.
