Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant discipline
- Domestic ACS Core Units
- Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deliver training or technical instruction
- Experience within the heating or HVAC industry
- Knowledge of heat pump technology (practical or theoretical)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland, including overnight stays
Desirable Requirements:
- TAQA/V1 Internal Verifier Award (or equivalent)
- Formal training or L&D qualification (e.g., C&G 7300, 6318)
- Previous experience in a structured training or vocational learning environment
- Effective communication and presentation skills

Working Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training on Navien products to external customers, service partners, and internal employees
- Support and lead training for new product introductions in line with the company’s development roadmap
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Navien’s products and technical advantages
- Collaborate with Product Development to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical content is delivered
- Maintain effective communication with regional sales managers and wider commercial teams
- Support national and regional sales events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities
- Build and maintain relationships with training centres and third-party training providers, ensuring consistent standards
- Deliver training through both face-to-face and remote platforms
- Provide feedback from training sessions and field interactions to support continuous improvement
- Ensure all training materials and delivery methods remain current and aligned with company standards
