Navien UK Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in plumbing and heating sales. This is a field-based role responsible for promoting and selling Navien’s high-quality range of domestic heating solutions, including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, and water heaters.

You will play a key role in driving regional sales growth by developing strong relationships with plumbing merchants and installers, while identifying and converting new business opportunities. This role suits a commercially driven individual who understands the heating market and thrives on building long-term customer partnerships.

Available Regions: This is a field-based role working across the following Scotland postcodes: KW, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, G, FK, KY, KA, ML, EH, TD, DG.

Job Expectations:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role within the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Background in manufacturing sales is highly desirable, with knowledge of plumbing & heating industry distribution channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and support a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic gas and oil boilers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness, understanding pricing strategies and industry agreements.
  • Ability to create and implement sales initiatives and incentives to improve regional performance.
  • Experience working with plumbing merchants, installers, local authorities, and social housing organisations is advantageous.
