Provide on-site fault-finding and breakdown support for the manufacturer’s domestic boilers and hot-water products across the East Anglia region .

You’ll also handle phone-line support on a rota and assist the sales team with occasional installer events and training sessions.

  • Desirable: Air-source heat-pump or F-Gas Cat 1 certification.
