The EMEA PMO Lead will establish, manage, and continuously improve the Project Management Office (PMO) for Naviam across the EMEA region.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support in defining, implementing, and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and tools across EMEA.
  • Establish governance processes, reporting structures, and assurance mechanisms to drive delivery quality.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across projects, balancing demand and capacity.
  • Maintain visibility of skillsets and utilisation across EMEA delivery teams.
  • Forecast and own recruitment efforts across EMEA where demand requires additional capacity.
  • Work with stakeholders to manage resource conflict and prioritisation.
  • Act as the primary PMO point of contact for senior leadership in EMEA.
  • Produce executive‑level dashboards and reporting packs on capacity and resourcing forecasts vs. actuals.
  • Engage with clients (where required) to provide assurance on delivery quality and governance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.
  • Lead PMO‑related change initiatives across the business.
